GOLD & RATIO is headed by Sydney based Jeweller and designer, Kate Harrison.

Kate is a highly experienced jewellery professional, who has spent the past 17 years designing and manufacturing exclusively for some of sydney’s most renowned jewellery brands.

Her vast knowledge and insatiable passion for her craft is inherent in every aspect of her work, from her highly curated gemstone selections and beautifully hand- drawn concept sketches, right through to the finished pieces she presents to her clientele.

Kate is dedicated to creating unique & high quality future heirlooms which reflect the style of their wearer through symbolism and style, and that mark important moments in their lives. She believes in quality and responsible trade and aims to educate her clients on a guild historically shrouded in mystery and secrecy.

She draws inspiration from her travels abroad, the natural world, Art Greats and Masters of Jewellery, Textile design, Decorative pottery and Ceramic Art, Architecture, Film and is particularly influenced the Art Deco and Modernist movements.
